The terminal does not respond when I try to open

We recommend you to turn-off any anti-virus program while installing Infront terminal. Below you will find solutions for the most commonly used anti-virus programs:

 

Solution Avast:

 

  1. Right-click on the Avast orange icon in the Windows system tray.
  2. Select Avast shields control and select how long you want to disable it.
  3. Confirm by select Yes in the dialog window.

 

Solution AVG:

 

  1. Open AVG Anti-Virus.
  2. Open the option menu and click on “Components”.
  3. Turn off “File shield” and “Behaviour shield”.

 

Solution Windows Defender

  1. Open Windows Defender.
  2. Go to "Protection for Virus".
  3. Turn off "realtime shield"
  4. Open the Infront Professional Terminal. The terminal now should work as normal.
